摘要: This paper reviews the use of thin-layer chromatography (TLC) for analysis neutral lipids and phospholipids in medically economically important snails (gastropod molluscs). It updates fills unintentionally neglected papers from earlier on this topic published 1990 2006 journal, extends coverage to lipophilic pigments first time. The review discusses all steps TLC procedure, including sample preparation, standard application, layers mobile phases, detection zones, quantification. Significant findings effects temperature, larval parasitism, diet, environmental changes lipid pigment content as determined by well results other miscellaneous studies advantages future prospects are presented.
