摘要: Based on criteria such as the ADP/O ratio and respiratory control by ADP, energy-coupling efficiency of brown adipose tissue mitochondria isolated from rats kept under normal environmental conditions for a long time decreased remarkably. The presence bovine serum albumin, GTP, or ATP plus carnitine in reaction medium markedly increased oxidative phosphorylation mitochondria. Pre-treatment with 2% caused decrease amount free fatty acids bound to 13.1 7.0, 9.0, 8.2 mug per mg protein, respectively. Removal means these pre-treatments resulted restoration efficient phosphorylation; there was correlation between removed degree recovery ratio. elimination only fraction acids, little 4 sufficient ensure ADP.
