摘要: Subnano, nano and sub-micron surface features can selectively activate integrin receptors induce osteoblast differentiation of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells. Although it is widely accepted that nanoscale titanium roughness may promote various lineages, there has been no clear report on the threshold dimension optimized dimensions for triggering activation cell differentiation. This study systematically controlled from sub-nano to scales investigated corresponding effects responses, such as activation, cyclins, key transcriptional genes osteoblastic phenotype genes. Surface with were insufficient increase compared pure features. both nano-submicron hybrid sufficient activating integrin-ligand proteins interactions through α subunits, only significantly accelerated subsequent primary mouse stromal cells after 2 weeks. In addition, live analysis human transparent demonstrated rapid cytoskeletal re-organization features, which ultimately induced higher expression 3
