摘要: Purpose – The purpose of this paper is to examine the motivations for adoption quality management practices (QMPs) and effects exerted by advanced information systems (AMIS) as mediating factors in a sector consisting highly competitive companies with high mortality rate recent years: travel agencies. Design/methodology/approach results were based on survey completed 185 agencies less than 50 employees, covering over 5 per cent SME Spain. Structural equation modelling was used analyse links between studied dimensions.
