摘要: BaTiO 3 thick films were prepared by electrophoretic deposition technique with LiF as an additive to lower the sintering temperature, enabling use of silver electrode-plated alumina substrate. An isostatic pressure method was introduced increase density before high temperature sintering. The microstructures deposited examined using XRD and SEM techniques. effect content on electrical performance discussed.
