摘要: Abstract The various factors that affect the loading capacity of a column are considered and it is shown large-scale separations can only be achieved at individual or combined expense speed, scope solvent consumption. An equation predicts maximum sample volume placed on without impairing resolution derived experimentally verified. It that, when progressively increased, fronts all peaks remain constant retention while rears increases. Conversely, under circumstances mass overload tend to move toward positions less retention, effect occurring with major component in mixture.
