摘要: Leptin is synthesized and released by the adipose tissue. Leptin, which carries information about energy reserves of body to brain, controls food intake acting on neuropeptide Y (NPY), exercises a food-intake-increasing effect through relevant receptors in hypothalamus. Zinc deficiency claimed result anorexia, weight loss, poor efficiency, growth impairment. The fact that obese individuals have low zinc high leptin levels suggests there relation between nutrition, consequently also leptin. increases predisposition infections this increase associated with impairments production cytokines. has key role sustenance immune resistance against infections. Dietary negatively affects CD(+) 4 cells, Th functions, consequently, cell-mediated immunity causing decrease IL-2, IF-γ, TNF-α, are Th1 products. concerned cytokines particular, part responses mediated these demonstrate an interaction among cellular immunity, inevitable. An overall evaluation presented above complex relations intake, one hand other. aim present review was draw attention possible dietary regulation immunity.
