摘要: This paper presents a theoretical model that proposes the continuity between childhood play and adult work. A developmental perspective is used to describe complex transformations take place turning an infant's behavior into Four analogs work are described. The thesis of major arena in which these develop. can be characterized by four characteristics facilitate development work: (1) provides opportunity for children learn, develop, perfect new skills buildcompetence; (2) child's natural mode master anxiety from overwhelming experiences everyday life, builds thecapacity cope with environment; (3) helps build ego's capacity mediate unconscious conscious realities, enhancesego strength; (4) repeats or confirms gratifying experience fuels child'sinvestment life.
