An Efficient and Secure Anonymous Authentication Scheme for VANETs Based on the Framework of Group Signatures

摘要: Vehicular ad hoc networks (VANETs) have stimulated interests in both academic and industry settings. Once deployed, they would bring a new driving experience to drivers. However, an open-access environment, privacy is one of the greatest challenges, as drivers want keep their personal information protected. Therefore, many authentication protocols been proposed solutions issue. In most existing protocols, prevent revoked entity from generating valid information, verifiers must frequently download revocation list or more remote authorities up-to-date, which greatly increases workload authority. this paper, cope with such challenging concerns, based on idea group signatures, we propose novel protocol scheme by using complete sub-tree method achieve membership revocation, ensures forward security. our scheme, can verify getting latest epoch $t$ without having obtain list. aspect security, featured CCA2-anonymity, unforgeability, non-frameability, traceability. addition, adopts decentralized model, so that whole domain VANETs divided into sub-regions any vehicle has update its non-revoked token periodically regional manager who manages region where stays.
