摘要: Abstract In a Ti-based Ziegler–Natta catalyst with in situ generated MgCl 2 , the titanium tetrachloride (TiCl 4 ) was partially replaced by tetra-alkoxide (Ti(OR )), where R either ethyl or n-butyl, and effect of addition order compound evaluated. For comparison, two other catalysts were synthesized: (1) one had same amount Ti, exclusively from TiCl ; (2) is employed industrial processes used as reference. Ti 3+ comprised 85% total added during synthesis. The soluble supernatant phase at most 0.002 mol L −1 indicating that reacted support. general, demand significant raw materials, while these require lower compounds save solvent particular synthesis (approximately 80%). preparation time also reduced. performance ethylene polymerization suggests adding Ti(OR) created similar activity ability to form high-density polyethylene reference catalyst.
