摘要: Dinitrofluorobenzene-modified normal human leukocytes (DNP-LK) have been shown to evoke the production of antibodies, which following absorption with erythrocytes and unmodified (UN-LK) had residual leukoagglutinating activity against leukemic cells (HLC). In present study we observed that rabbit antisera prepared cell membrane extracts DNP-modified granulocytes (DNP-GM) or lymphocytes (DNP-LM) were cytotoxic HLC. By passive hemagglutination, these specifically reactive DNP-GM DNP-LM conjugated sheep (SRBC) but not bovine serum albumin (DNP-BSA) gamma globulin (DNP-BGG) nor UN-LK, suggesting devoid anti-DNP antibodies. Rabbit anti-DNP-BSA anti-DNP-BGG failed react DNP-LK, antibodies in sera could be absorbed by DNP groups either expressed on surface DNP-LK detectable methods. These data, together our recent finding dinitrophenylation alters expression histocompatibility antigens, suggest neoantigens cross-reactive HLC antigens are induced modification leukocytes, produced directed mainly modified protein moiety per se.
