摘要: A decades-long study of hormone production, transport, developmental actions, and hormonal interactions in the green shoots mature plants has exploited a clone Coleus blumei. To obtain data both quantitative reproducible, we greatly increased sample size over classical anatomical models, initiated round-the-clock collections, countered that workload by clearing staining organs rather than embedding serially sectioning them.
