摘要: Papillary cystadenocarcinoma (PCAC) of the salivary gland is a rare malignant tumour and occurs in major minor glands. PCAC mandible exceptionally rare; only 2 cases have been reported. In this study, authors report case within mandible. The patient presented with painful right mandibular mass that had gradually increased size. lesion appeared radiographically as well-demarcated multilocular radiolucent area, similar to an odontogenic cystic lesion. present reference relevant literature.
