Cognitive Remediation Therapy for Adolescents with Anorexia Nervosa-Treatment Satisfaction and the Perception of Change.

摘要: Cognitive remediation therapy (CRT) has recently been developed for children and adolescents with anorexia nervosa (AN). It focuses on decreasing rigid cognitions behaviors, as well increasing central coherence. Overall, CRT proven feasible young individuals AN, but little is known regarding the specifics of its feasibility, perception change associated intervention. Consequently, aim current study was to explore service users’ perspective a specific focus treatment delivery, content, perceived change. Twenty (age 13–18) AN participated in 10-session course CRT. A 20-item evaluation questionnaire administered at end treatment, focusing four aspects intervention: (1) general attitudes towards (2) specifics, (3) (4) patient-therapist relation. The main findings suggest high levels satisfaction, somewhat limited perceptions one most detailed accounts adolescents’ published eating disorders, highlights several important viewed through eye receiver.
