摘要: Under the smart grid environments, Demand Response Resources (DRR) as a power system resources can effectively participate in and improve performance of electric systems. Congestion management is one technical challenges which DRRs play significant role. Previously, congestion applied without considering uncertainties. Therefore, stochastic by means trade-off between load shedding proposed so that outage transmission lines generating units are considered. In order to investigate framework, two types Monte Carlo simulation methods, namely 1) ordinary 2) lattice rank-1, utilized compared. Hence, Independent System Operator (ISO) be able relieve existed line uncertain network configuration. The model 24-bus Reliability Test (RTS) studies performed examine effectiveness capability framework.
