摘要: I. Introduction This paper reports observations on the use of fibrinolysin in treatment 2 eyes with total hyphemia. Total hyphemia exists when anterior chamber is completely filled a black, homogeneous-appearing blood clot. The prognosis extremely poor. Absorption almost invariably slow, and incidence secondary glaucoma staining cornea high. Lack agreement as to proper management such emphasizes inadequacy present day treatment. Conventional methods therapy usually employ paracentesis an attempt avoid high intraocular pressure while clot absorbs. 1 Rychener advised only after elevation pressure; Fralick 3 urged early, before rises. Experience has shown that presence hyphemia, difficult remove by any means. Differentiation clotted from iris often impossible, attempted
