摘要: Male and female marathon runners (n = 34) were studied in incremental continuous running tests under both laboratory field conditions. Aerobic capacity was determined based on the relationship between lactate concentration velocity. We also analyzed acid-base balance after test of for 45 min. The individual velocities at given concentrations correlated with velocities. Training workouts six analyzed, speed during endurance training compared lactate-velocity an test. main findings are summarized below. There is a very close 2.5, 3, 4 mmol/l velocity (r 0.88-0.99, P less than 0.001). highest correlation found 2.5 3.0 mmol/l. In lasting 44 min chosen accordance runner's current time, levels reached steady state approximately 3 A slight increase blood compensated via respiratory mechanisms. treadmill 8), we recorded following changes first sample collection (i.e., 10 min) post-exercise: rose from 2.2 +/- 0.93 to 3.5 1.45 mmol/l; negative base excess increased -1.2 3.2 -3.4 1.7 mval/l.(ABSTRACT TRUNCATED AT 250 WORDS)
