摘要: Luminescent properties of the chromium doped zinc selenide crystals with various concentrations doping impurity in 0.03–0.30 at. % range within temperature interval from 6 K to 300 K were studied. Chromium was performed technological processes: during growth by chemical vapor transport method; melt; thermal diffusion Bi + Cr melt or gas. Possibility chromium-bound excitons formation shown, as well participation emission bands IR spectral region. A mechanism interaction uncontrolled background impurities and structural defects proposed based on experimental data. An assumption about resonant energy transfer between double charged ions complexes vacancy made.
