摘要: Positive psychology is the study of what makes people flourish, whereas coaching a professional relationship designed to help flourish. Coaching practice has been primarily influenced by positive via coaches’ use interventions, which are evidence-based exercises enhance flourishing. Researchers, however, interventions be self-administered, self-help tools that do not necessarily need context for delivery. Therefore, impact on how practitioners coach limited because these fully tap potential offered interactive nature session. What needed framework would enable (a) systematically identify constructs such as hope, strengths, or emotions they spontaneously emerge in client’s communication; and (b) amplify them using specific strategies interaction. In effect, solution-focused provides this exact framework, it operationalizes many conversation, therefore making session itself intervention.
