摘要: Levan polysaccharides were produced from Microbacterium laevaniformans and its rheological behaviors characterized as a function of concentration temperature. The intrinsic viscosity the purified levan was determined to be 0.38dL/g at 25 degrees C which relatively higher than that levans other microbial sources. flow solutions by increase in shear stress, giving more increments rate. Thus, exhibited pseudoplastic behavior, power law model. In addition, satisfactorily fitted Arrhenius equation where activation energy (Ea) decreased 24.07 13.53kJ/mol (R2=0.98-0.99) with increasing concentrations. Moreover, exponential favorably applied describe effect on apparent polysaccharides.
