摘要: Abstract Cytostatic drugs have become one of the greatest environmental threats. They occur in surface, ground and even drinking water. Their key emission sources are hospital effluents, municipal wastewater, as well drug manufacturers their effluents. These compounds extremely stable natural waters they not significantly removed during wastewater treatment, because resistant to biodegradation. The aim this work was establish possible negative effects chosen cytostatics: bleomycin vincristine on three trophic levels surface waters. A single agent acute toxicity test conducted representatives producer – an aquatic freshwater plant Lemna minor, consumer - crustaceans Daphnia magna, decomposer bacteria Pseudomonas putida. Binary mixture tests were performed according Concentration Addition, Response Additivity, Independent Action models. Both substances had a different effect tested organisms; could be classified very toxic, while toxic water pollutant. Half maximal effective concentration (EC50) values designed presented studies  100 mg/L. highest is demonstrated by towards (EC50 = 0.2 mg/L). binary chemicals showed antagonistic concern.
