摘要: Abstract This paper developed a three-dimensional computational fluid dynamics model of the supercritical water gasification (SCWG) process glycerol. The detailed flow field, temperature field and chemical species distributions inside reactor were revealed, effects operating parameters on results in SCWG glycerol investigated. reasons for incomplete discussed, relevant possible improvements proposed. (1) residence time is not long enough complete gasification; therefore, optimal length tubular was obtained under different conditions. (2) A side-reaction region formed near feeding inlet methods to reduce volume high preheated 135° angle proved obviously avoid side-reaction. multi-injection method can also suppress side-reaction, but carbon efficiency decreased.
