摘要: Traditionally, traffic assignment models make the assumption that route choice is solely determined by a perceived, deterministic travel time. However, there growing interest in equilibrium which travelers not only select their paths based on an estimated time, but also time reliability, i.e. probability actual deviates from perceived value. Only handful of behavioral exist current literature accounts for reliability. In this paper authors extend cell transmission model-based dynamic model to account reliability caused supply variations. While any distribution can be used uncertainty proposed model, selection specific potentially burdensome modeler or even impossible because lack data. To alleviate this, present class symmetric distributions as viable alternative such situations. Properties broad will derived within context introduced model. Numerical examples are presented and discussed. It shown accounting patterns significantly different those predicted models.
