摘要: Abstract Fifty-nine surgically resected pulmonary adenocarcinomas were histologically classified into four types (A, B, C, and D) according to the pattern of invasion, ie, extent invasive tumor cell growth in interface zone between alveoli replaced by cancer cells central region fibrosis (so-called “scar”). In A proliferate along alveolar walls without forming a frankly lesion. B lesions occupy less than 30% C more fibrosing area. Pattern D refers invasion bronchial lumen cells.
