摘要: AIM To investigate the effects of androgen on penile erection through reflex arc and corpus cavernosum, study respective roles testosterone (T) dihydrotestosterone (DHT) in rats. METHODS Male Sprague-Dawley rats were castrated implanted with silastic brand silicone tube containing T or DHT, without daily injections a 5alpha-reductase inhibitor, MK-434.
