摘要: Abstract Detailed directions for serum protein electrophoresis on cellulose acetate strips using the EEL apparatus with adapter cells, staining and quantitative determinations of relative values fractions have been presented. Some problems inherent in methods apparatus, as well calculation results, are discussed. Standard proteins terms total globulins presented, statistical analyses.
