摘要: The present study deals with the hot compression behavior of Ti6242 alloy in range 700–1000 °C under 0.003–0.3 s−1 strain rates up to logarithmic 0.7. occurrence kinking/bending transformed β, dynamic recrystallization (DRX), and subsequently small amount globularization primary α phase are all considered responsible for observed flow softening. However, strain-compensated constitutive equations as well 3D activation energy processing maps were used further characterizing dominant softening mechanism various deformation conditions. Accordingly, best window is established between 820 1000 °C low rate 0.003 s−1.
