摘要: Abstract Spleen cells from random-bred chickens bearing Rous sarcomas were commonly more reactive against the neoplastic target in autochthonous than allogenic interactions vitro. This difference was observed both cytotoxic assays (51Cr release labeled cells) and an immunoadherence test measuring attachment of 51Cr-labeled splenocytes to sarcoma cells. Specific splenocyte reactivity not with normal embryonic chicken fibroblasts, 3T3 cells, or mouse C3H fibroblasts. The technique required only 2 hr perform, revealed a consistent superiority recognition cytotoxicity assay. Experiments which procedures used simultaneously identical cell populations yielded similar results, indicating that adherence may be precursor and/or concomitant damage individual-specific tumor antigencity play part cellular immunity sarcomas.
