摘要: Model search strategies play an important role in finding simultaneous susceptibility genes that are associated with a trait. More particularly, model selection via the information criteria, such as BIC modifications, have received considerable attention quantitative trait loci (QTL) mapping. However, modifications often depend upon several factors, sample size, prior distribution, and type of experiment, e.g., backcross, intercross. These changes make it difficult to generalize methods all cases. The fence method avoids limitations unified approach, hence can be used more broadly. In this paper, is studied case backcross experiments throughout series simulation studies. results compared those modified well some most popular shrinkage for selection.
