摘要: This chapter provides information about the diffusion phenomenon (heat and mass transfer) in porous materials such as definition, classification, modeling experiments, with particular reference to capillary-porous body arbitrary shape. A transient three-dimensional mathematical formulation written boundary-fitted coordinates all numerical formalism discretize equation by using finite-volume method, including grid generation analysis of computational solution are presented. Applications food ceramic industries have been done success. An optimization technique has presented estimation transport properties comparison between experimental data.
