摘要: Abstract Background Effects of treatment for child sexual abuse (CSA) victims have important implications. Assessing Risk Bias (RoB) is a vital step to inform interpretations effects these victims. The AMSTAR-2 (A MeaSurement Tool Assess systematic Reviews) offers comprehensive critical appraisal, allowing users distinguish high quality reviews. Objective aim this article two-fold: 1) provide an up-to-date review program meta-analytical reviews on interventions CSA victims; and 2) evaluate the using AMSTAR-2. This first examine meta-analyses effectiveness Method Eight electronic databases were searched articles published up April 2019. Meta-analytical that assessed any modality sexually abused children adolescents 18 years old considered. Outcome measures included physical mental symptoms, disorders, measured through validated instruments. Of 2794 articles, nine met eligibility criteria. There was variety interventions, including: trauma-focused cognitive-behavioral therapy CBT, psychodrama, play therapy, eclectic interventions. most common outcomes post-traumatic stress disorder/trauma, externalizing, internalizing, sexualized behaviors. Results Although effect sizes moderately significant, with having positive effect, all showed RoB. Conclusions To use best available evidence in clinical decision-making victims, reviewers should conduct employ RoB tools.
