摘要: ✓ An unusual case of complete anatomical compartmentalization the cavernous sinus in a patient with bilateral Type D dural arteriovenous fistulae is described. This anomaly isolated anterior and orbital venous system, which was primarily responsible for patient's clinical presentation. The also limited options definitive endovascular therapy to transvenous approach via superior ophthalmic vein.
