摘要: A change is needed in the way companies approach leadership development, which currently results reproduction of male leaders similar to those previous generation. At present, many women do not develop their full potential -- a serious waste war for talent. Managing diversity and developing tomorrow's diverse are key tasks UK organisations. This paper considers important role women-only training development females next generation leaders, enhancement careers. The authors believe that addition to, as substitute for, other courses support mechanisms such mentoring coaching, enables clarify ambitions, recognise strengths access positions. Organisations learning experiences will benefit from wider stronger pool talent than before.
