摘要: The objective of this study is to assess the economics some membrane separation processes for removal CO2 from crude (‘sour’) natural gas so as obtain pipeline quality gas. Seven different process configurations have been examined by computer simulations. ‘base-case’ studies considered a 35 MMSCFD (million standard cubic feet per day) feed stream at 800 psia with concentrations in range 5 40 mole%. operating variables each were optimized on basis new order determine lowest cost It was concluded that, base-case conditions, three-stage configuration. This configuration consists single permeation stage (a ‘premembrane’ stage) series two-stage cascade recycle, indicated also other investigators. A following will compare that diethanolamine (DEA) absorption processes. effects variations number economic and parameters properties relative DEA be discussed study.
