摘要: In 2004, we concurrently administered six instruments that assess primary healthcare from the patient's perspective to same group of respondents. We report here on qualitative insights gained debriefing a subgroup respondents who responded questionnaires in setting, then shared their reactions and discussed how well allowed them express experience. this paper, describe each instrument briefly present most frequently expressed. Then findings emerge across instruments.
