摘要: Abstract In previous studies, we have demonstrated that progenitor cell-enriched marrow cell populations from patients with myeloid leukemia – including both acute (AML) and chronic (CML) show severe functional alterations when cultured in stroma-free liquid cultures supplemented stimulatory cytokines. trying to expand our characterization of the biology leukemic cells, present study used a similar approach analyzed vitro growth equivalent lymphoblastic (ALL). ALL -enriched for hematopoietic progenitors by means negative selection procedure- were assessed their proliferation expansion potentials, mixture early- late-acting recombinant cytokines, throughout 25-day culture period. although capable responding signals provided stimulators, showed deficient potentials (reduced capacity generate more nucleated cells), as compared normal counterparts. The erythroid was also significantly reduced cultures. Interestingly, observed (i.e., potentials) pronounced those Ph + than − patients. This indicates bone enriched cells possess vitro, such are derived patients,
