摘要: The present paper is a partial report of the findings from larger project which examined effects three standardized dosages methylphenidate hydrochloride on both immediate and delayed memory. This reports effect medication acquisition retention material as measured by performance paired-associate Learning (PAL) task. subjects were boys diagnosed having DSM-III diagnosis Attention Deficit Disorder with Hyperactivity. Over an 8-day period testing, performances under active drug conditions (mg/kg) no-drug condition compared to yoked placebo control . Drug dose-response curves indicated that improved 0.3 mg/kg during phase, but phase seems confounded possible negative effects. State-dependent learning was not observed at any dosages.
