摘要: In this paper, we propose an Adaptation Decision-Taking Engine (ADTE) that targets the delivery of scalable video content in mobile usage environments. Our ADTE design relies on objective perceptual quality metric order to achieve adaptation according human visual perception, thus allowing maximize Quality Service (QoS). To describe characteristics a particular environment, as well properties content, MPEG-21 Digital Item (DIA) is used. experimental results show proposed provides with higher subjective than using conventional maximum-bit-allocation method.
