摘要: Aim: AQP4 in the brain is involved occurrence and development of a variety encephalopathy. AQPs family changes kidney were accompanied by altered UTs family. The aim this study was to observe UT-A3 expression CNS explore their role pathogenesis endotoxemia encephalopathy following peripheral LPS injection mice. Methods: Endotoxemia induced C57Bl/6 mice intraperitoneal LPS. detected Western blot immunohistochemistry, level cytokines ELISA, content LDH, AST/ALT, BUN CREA colorimetric method. Results: As compared with control group, model weight/ body weight ratio increased 13%. Meanwhile, 2.5 fold increase LDH 1.2 AST/ALT found serum (P < 0.05), also, 0.01). In addition severe injury response lipopolysaccharide, contents protein hippocampal while hippocampus cortical astrocytes decreased 0.05). And, part, Dexa pretreatment attenuated those effects. Conclusions: encephalopathy, which regulate functions cell membrane are both altered. We suggested that molecular mechanisms regulation may provide new strategy for clinical treatment disease drug binding sites.
