Velocity dependence of charmonium dissociation temperature in high-energy nuclear collisions

摘要: Abstract In high-energy nuclear collisions, heavy quark potential at finite temperature controls the quarkonium suppression. Including relaxation of medium induced by relative velocity between quarkonia and deconfined expanding matter, Debye screening is reduced dissociation takes place a higher temperature. As consequence velocity-dependent temperature, suppression high transverse momentum significantly weakened in collisions RHIC LHC.
