摘要: We describe a [2+2] cross-photocycloaddition of the anticancer drug 5-fluorouracil in solid state that proceeds regioselectively and quantitative yield. The photocycloaddition occurs cocrystal with trans-2,2′-bis(pyridyl)ethylene.
