摘要: Abstract 1. Oocytes and mature eggs of Psammechinus miliaris have been subjected to the action proteolytic enzymes (trypsin, chymotrypsin papain), bee venom, whose active factor is a phospholipase A. 2. The surface layers both oocytes appear be very sensitive such enzymes. seem more venom than eggs, these latter, on contrary, oocytes. 3. cause partial dissolving in eggs. induces elevation fertilization membrane An vitelline layer plasma was observed treated with hypertonic solution. 4. birefringence (radially positive) not affected by enzymes, but it disappears venom. same applies oocytes, which are birefringent normal sea water, become (positively radial direction) hypersonic 5. combined brings about complete layers. 6. structure discussed evidence experimental results.
