摘要: Abstract We report a facile chemical treatment process for the fabrication of hierarchical bismuth ferrite (BiFeO 3 /BFO) nanostructures. Using this approach, we have fabricated BFO flakes, flowers, petals and garlands like structures by reconstructing surface nano-particulates fibers, respectively.
