摘要: Abstract We report a facile chemical treatment process for the fabrication of hierarchical bismuth ferrite (BiFeO 3 /BFO) nanostructures. Using this approach, we have fabricated BFO flakes, flowers, petals and garlands like structures by reconstructing surface nano-particulates fibers, respectively. The kinetic studies on developed reveal that reconstruction is fundamental mechanism growth It also found scarcely influences composition optical absorption showed band gap energy can be tailored tuning their structures.
