摘要: Leafy shoots of Ruppia maritima were incubated in two-compartment chambers, with the roots one compartment and leaves other. Rates phosphate ammonia uptake compared when supplied these nutrients separately simultaneously. Uptake by was reduced to roots, but not affected availability leaves. This response suggested root-to-shoot translocation predominated. Vmax for leaf decreased 31% Leaf unless plants starved nitrogen. nitrogen two times greater than unstarved plants. When exposed simultaneously ammonia, did change Ks increased 97% a value similar that Ammonia or inhibited nitrate an average 52%. leaves, however, had no influence on rate roots.
