摘要: Abstract A refinement of the previously described distally based soleus muscle flap is proposed. The essential features are mobilisation tibial origin, splitting longitudinally, partially along a distinct anatomical plane, and preservation continuity muscle. We suggest that improved blood supply to this derives from intact major lateral proximal pedicles via portion into flap. also think minimal damage intramuscular vasculature integrity contributes circulation. has been designed studied using ten fresh cadaver leg dissections, Angiographic studies proved adequate tested eight times on seven patients with favourable results.
