摘要: The early detection of the schizophrenia prodrome in young people considered ‘at-risk‘ developing this severe mental illness has entered mainstream clinical practice despite limitations predictive specificity criteria that define At-Risk Mental State syndrome. These are increasingly addressed by brain imaging research, which added substantial evidence to notion emerging and progressive gray white matter abnormalities phase illness. association apparent neuropathology with signs symptoms disorder – along cognitive impairment underlying pathophysiology will be reviewed.
