摘要: Ordered mesoporous carbon (OMC) was prepared via the inverse replication method using SBA-15 as a hard template and sucrose precursor. OMC sulfonated to obtain solid acid catalysts, such OMC-SS OMC-DS, by heating with sulfuric or coupling sulfanilic diazonium. TEM small-angle X-ray diffraction (XRD) results showed that OMC, OMC-SS, OMC-DS exhibited ordered porous structures. XPS Raman analysis had graphite structure. N2-BET indicated average pore diameters of 3.0–3.3 nm bimodal mesopore size distributions. Moreover, revealed surface areas 1411, 924 1001 m2/g, respectively. The contents were 3.9–4.0 mmol H+/ g higher than those OCM (2.8 mmol H+/g). FTIR demonstrated –SO3H present on OMC-DS. used catalyze transesterification epoxidation waste frying oil. reactions catalyzed provided maximum yields fatty methyl esters 90.3 ± 3.3% 89.0 ± 2.1%, double-bond conversion rates reached 77.2 ± 1.9% 68.5 ± 2.6%, epoxy 70.3 ± 2.4% 65.1 ± 1.8%,
