摘要: In the winter of 1982/83, Portuguese Secretary State for Environment has decided to set up a national scheme monitor seabird deaths. This was continued in subsequent years, based on examination corpses found ashore at selected sample areas regularly visited by teams volunteers autumn and months (November March). Techniques have been adapted from RSPB NSO schemes United Kingdom Netherlands (Stowe, 1982; Camphuysen, 1983; Teixeira, 1985b).
