摘要: Disclosed is a method and apparatus for treating bifurcations of the vascular system, such as abdominal aneurysms at bifurcation aorta iliac arteries. A tubular implant (42) having proximal section (44A), distal (44B) hinged connection (54) therebetween positioned across that extends into first second iliac. The sections are both advanced superiorly, causing to fold hinge advance aneurysm aorta. In one implementation, restraining sleeves (74A, 74B) thereafter removed self expands place in fluid communication with iliacs, bypassing bifurcation. Deployment catheters (70) also disclosed.
