摘要: The aim of this study is to estimate the parallel relative risk Zika virus disease (ZVD) and dengue using spatio-temporal interaction effects models for one department city Colombia during 2015–2016 ZVD outbreak. We apply integrated nested Laplace approximation (INLA) parameter estimation, epidemiological week (EW) as a time measure. At departmental level, best model showed that or in municipality was highly associated with same preceding EWs, while at final selected established high census sector not only its neighboring sectors EW, but also EW. provided smoothed estimates, credible intervals, estimation probability by area period. explore intricacies modeling process interpretation results, advocating use order generate valuable information public health decision making.
